Daughter loves then, more substantial than Clarks Mary Jane styles which are getting flimsier and flimsier, totally rubbish for school use in the winter months. These are comfortable with a thicker sole and the three insoles which come with them ensure a perfect fit. I will definitely buy Hush Puppies again next time.
I have often been very disappointed with girls' school shoes - they're often flimsy and don't last. These are far better quality and are robust (we Hong Kong, China effective cushioning. For me they are the perfect balance between style and not having the wear full walking boots. I'm a UK 10 and these fit perfectly, perhaps a little snug maybe, I am not sure why others say that you need to consider 1 size different.
These are the second pair of Merrell shoes I've bought; I found the first at a sale in a department store.They are very good quality, especially at the price, and are comfortable to wear for long periods. I work in London, and wear these to work - they cope with walking distance without chafing, are nicely padded, and most importantly don't slip when it's raining.Highly recommended - I'm buying another pair as I write this.

Bought these for my toddler and couldn't even get them on her little feet, way too small. Ordered a size 5 which she is and they are far too small - order a size or two over what your little one is as for the price you might get lucky.

Lovely little shoe but the sizing is a little big compared to other brands. Holding on to them until they fit though as they are so cute and amazing value.

best online shopping look cool (I wear mine out and about in the wet/mud/rock and also in town).They are really comfy. Have great soles (unlike alot of merrell shoes) which are really grippy and adaptable.The only slight niggle I have with them is that they wear out in the same place every time- the rubber on the top peels back, and the seal joining the sole to the fabric splits letting in the water.That said, it takes a good year of wearing them every day in the worst of conditions to make them that way so can't complain too much!
I bought these to replace a three year old pair of the same make and style. They fit a little large (only just), but my biggest gripe, as others have noted, is how stiff they are. I'm sure this will wear off as they break in, but it does make you feel a bit like you've got light-weight clodhoppers on your feet. Not had a chance to test out the GTX aspect as we've had a dry spell recently. Still, very good shoes, as Merrells always are. If they're anything like the two previous pairs I've haaned them up!
Ordered these lovely shoes for my granddaughter before Christmas. She loves them!She has now partied in them before Christmas, over Christmas, to birthdays and now to school Valentine's.They have matched every outfit and she loves the tiny heel.They are well made, a good design.And still look new, considering a lively six year old has worn them.
The shoes are lovely with a satin finish and fit as expected. However, they are very hard so my daughter had terrible blisters after a few hours of wearing them. They have sadly sat in her cupboard ever since.

These were recommended by my local running shop and initially I found them fine. But after 10 months of very light wear (less really as I've only worn them intermittently) I've noticed several holes appearing in the mesh material of the uppers of both feet (one where my toe wore through the material, but others for no apparent reason) and the uppers have started to look a bit fragile generally. Soles are hardly worn so it seems odd that the uppers are disintegrating. I would expect a Brooks shoe to be a lot more robust. I've never had a shoe wear like this.
Great trainers. I run loads - on roads but mainly on wood dirt tracks and heathland.Only 4 stars for the simple reason that I need a new pair every 6 months as the inner soles go flat and the base grip wears down. Having said that, I have not compared against other trainers as im on my 5th pair of these - never had a blister and all previous back twinges and leg muscle strains vanished the minute I got in them.
